Proper preparation and aftercare contribute to a safe treatment and optimal results. We kindly invite you to take a few minutes to carefully read the information below before your appointment.
Before your
Contour & Lift treatment
4 weeks before your treatment

If possible, start taking a collagen supplement;
-
Drink plenty of water;
-
Protect your skin daily with SPF 30 or higher.
24 hours before your appointment
-
Do not drink alcohol;
-
If you are taking blood thinners or any other medication that may affect your treatment, please let us know in advance. Never stop taking prescribed medication without consulting your treating physician;

Arrive without make-up or other skincare products on the treatment area.
Please avoid before your treatment

Tanning beds;
-
Self-tanning products;
-
Excessive sun exposure for one week.
Please let us know before your appointment if you have:
-
Become pregnant or are breastfeeding;
-
Started any new medication;
-
Experienced any changes to your health;
-
Any open wounds, inflammation, or active skin infections in the treatment area.


After your Contour & Lift treatment
During the first 4 hours
-
Do not cool the treated area;
-
Allow your skin to rest as much as possible.
During the first 24 hours
-
Clean the treated area using lukewarm water only;
-
Avoid alcohol for the first 24 hours;
-
Allow your skin as much time as possible to recover.
During the first week
-
Use only gentle, hydrating skincare products;
-
Avoid saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, and baths;
-
Avoid intense physical exercise;
-
Do not apply make-up to the treated area. If desired, only mineral make-up may be used.
Protect your skin

Avoid tanning beds, self-tanning products, and excessive sun exposure for one week;
-
Apply a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every day.
Recovery & results

Drink plenty of water to support your skin’s natural recovery process;
-
Avoid massages on the treated area for two weeks;
-
Avoid other advanced aesthetic treatments, such as laser hair removal or other skin treatments, for two weeks;

It is normal for your skin to feel slightly drier or more sensitive for a short time. Keep your skin well hydrated;
-
Your skin will continue to produce new collagen over the coming months. The final result develops gradually and is usually visible within three to six months.
