Laser hair removal
Proper preparation and aftercare contribute to a safe treatment and optimal results. We kindly invite you to take a few minutes to carefully read the information below before your appointment.
Before your laser treatment
4 weeks before your treatment
Please avoid:

Waxing;
-
Epilating;
-
Bleaching your hair.
Shaving is allowed.
1–2 days before your appointment

Shave the treatment area;
-
Make sure your skin is clean;
-
Do not wear make-up or skincare products.
Please avoid before your treatment
-
Tanning beds;
-
Self-tanning products;
-
Excessive sun exposure (for 1 week).
Please let us know before your appointment if you have:
-
Become pregnant;
-
Started any new medication;
-
Experienced any changes to your health.


After your laser treatment
Immediately after your treatment
-
You can resume your daily activities immediately;
-
Mild redness, swelling, or sensitivity is normal and usually subsides within a few hours to one day;
-
Treat the skin with care during the first few days;
-
A cold compress can help cool the skin and relieve any burning sensation.
During the first 48 hours
-
Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and saunas;
-
Do not use deodorant;
-
You may shower, but avoid hot water.
Protect your skin

Avoid tanning beds, self-tanning products, spray tans, and excessive sun exposure for one week;
-
If you are exposed to the sun, use a sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
Care for the treated skin

Do not use deodorant for the first 48 hours after an underarm treatment;
-
Drink plenty of water;
-
Avoid scratching or rubbing the treated skin.
Hair growth after treatment

Do not pull or pluck the hairs; they will shed naturally;
-
Do not remove new hair growth by waxing or epilating;
-
Shaving is allowed. Hair removal cream may be used after two weeks.
